I contacted Mulberry House after a recommendation. Our 17 year old Jack Russell was at the end of his life after many long and happy years as a big part of our family, this was not an easy decision and a very upsetting one.The one thing we all agreed on was that his last moments should be special and at home with us all there to say goodbye.The staff at Mulberry were professional, sympathetic and understanding from my first call to our final goodbyes with Max and we as a family cannot thank them enough.If you ever have to consider saying goodbye to a much loved pet we wouldn't hesitate in recommending them, a 5 star review cannot cover our debt of gratitude.Thank you all at Mulberry HouseDebbie Tony Liam Jade and family xx

I have just changed to Mulberry from Moor cottage due to having numerous negative issues there I was apprehensive about a new vets however Mulberry vets have listened to my concerns and addressed them and put things in place for my anxious dog. They have offered "Happy" visits for my dog which I did one the other day and actually my Dog was pretty good we sat in the room with the nurse aka the treat dispenser who was good with my pooch.They are good and confident dealing with big anxious dogs and not put off.There is also no judgement on her behaviour like we have felt at another vets.Friendly and welcoming staff.Looking forward to our next "Happy" visit and going forward

Fantastic vets practice, we take our dog here, and staff are always show exceptional levels of care. Our dog is a foreign rescue dog and staff have always been very understanding in giving us expertise clinical care given the potential issues with foreign dogs that we were unaware of before rescuing our dog! The vets always take time to explain everything to us and are consistently caring and professional.

They clearly love animals and are extremely experienced and knowledgeable.I’ve been bringing my pets here for about 4 years and would recommend them to everyone in Wokingham and Binfield and surrounding areas.They’re really thoughtful too; some really nice touches even to the reception area.I also recommend the Mulberry Club, which is a great way of saving money on vaccinations, flea and worming treatment and spreading the cost over the year!

The wonderful care and consideration shown by every member of staff I encountered during several recent visits with my unwell senior cat leads me to whole heartedly recommend Mulberry House Vets. When we got a dog I never thought she would be excited about going to the vets, but thanks to the amazing staff at Mulberry House, she absolutely loves it! She knows there will always be lots of cuddles and treats and a really friendly welcome for us too. Nothing is too much trouble for them….I am so happy we finally found mulberry vets! Our cats are being looked after so well and with treatments that work with their individual needs. They have recommended non invasive treatments where other vets have tried to go straight to worst case scenario spending thousands! Everyone we have experienced at mulberry has been a pleasure to deal with and I love that they are independent and they really care. I cannot thank you all enough for your help so far! I can't thank Mulberry House Vets enough, for treating our pup Maggie with a nasty ear infection. We are currently staying with relatives because of a berevement. Our pup developed an ear infection and the vet we usually use would be a 2 hour all round journey in the car. I called numerous vets asking if they couldsee Maggie and all refused, and one of those was extremely rude. Mulberry House were so very friendly and helpful and so we felt we needed to express our gratitude in this review.
