Had to make a very sad decision last week for my aging Labrador Forrest. I can't say enough how brilliant the support was from my vet in explaining the procedure, the sensitive manner in which it was carried out, and the reassurances throughout that this was the best decision for my boy. The practice followed this up with flowers and cards offering sympathy and support the days following. I am overwhelmed with the kindness and sensitivity shown. Thank you so much!

They are by far the most friendly and wonderful vets I have ever used. From reception to the nurses and vets the whole team are amazing.

I recently had to make the incredibly difficult decision to say goodbye to my beloved pet, and the staff at this vet went above and beyond for me during that time. We have visited this vet for our 12y old German shepherd, Jack. They are our first vet in the UK as our dog have arrived recently.
All the staff and veterenians are welcoming and kind.
Their prices seems to be fine and also they share the price information before starting.

The compassion this clinic has for both the animals and the owners is so apparent. The team are amazing, receptionists are so welcoming and helpful, the vets are so knowledgeable and have a deep understanding of a human animal bond.
The nurses are amazing, when I took my girl in for blood tests and the nurse came and got her I could hear the nurse chatting away to her as they walked off. They give you that peace of mind that we all want when it comes to our precious pets and that is that they are in the best hands possible for not just medical care but also for the love and warmth they deserve. I couldn’t recommend Mulberry House enough. I told a friend from work how amazing they are so she joined and is also very happy with them 😊

I was so pleased when the Binfield branch of Mulberry House Vets opened as I had lost confidence in our previous Vets.
It has been a delight to have such a caring,friendly environment to go to for our regular appointments.
This week I had the sad experience of having to have a beloved pet put to sleep and Mulberry House could not have been more helpful.
Helen and Emily were both amazing and came to the house and were so kind and caring and helped enormously with a very difficult situation. I cannot thank them enough.

We have been with Mulberry Vets since they opened for the care of our Labrador and they have been nothing but amazing. The reception staff are welcoming and great with my children - they’re always on hand to give out a gravy bone or two to help settle our dog upon entering. The vets are kind and caring when it comes to treating our lab - we wouldn’t take her anywhere else.

Needed a vet whilst away from home in Berkshire. Cannot fault the service and kindness received from all of the team at Mulberry House. They saw us the same day and diagnosed and treated my dog for an ear complaint. Lovely people.

I cannot recommend Mulberry Vets in Binfield highly enough. We lost confidence in our old vets, and Mulberry soon restored it in spades. They show genuine care and compassion, and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Although there’s a set amount of time for each appointment, you never feel rushed. Your questions and concerns are always treated as valid, and—most importantly—you feel it’s all about the animal first, not the money.

I'm an owner of a very nervous dog and I have used several vets in the past. All have been good at their job, but Mulberry outshine every vet I have ever used when it comes to how understanding they are with nervous animals. They are amazing with my dog and have gone the extra mile in the past by letting us use a "back" entrance so that my dog didn't have to go into a busy waiting room. The receptionists and vets are all lovely and professional people and are all genuine animal lovers. The service you get with Mulberry is 10/10.

My cat Amy had a dental procedure today, and I can’t thank Dr. Louis and the team in Wokingham enough. From the moment I dropped Amy off, they were incredibly kind and reassuring, which instantly put me at ease. They provided regular updates throughout the procedure, which I really appreciated. Their care for Amy was exceptional, and they were so patient with me—answering all my many questions without hesitation. They were also completely transparent about the costs, which made the whole experience even more reassuring. Having visited several clinics over the past 15 years, I can confidently say this is one of the best veterinary practices. I’m truly grateful to have found them. It’s clear they genuinely care for the animals as if they were their own. All I can say is thank you!

We only recently moved to Mulberry House Vets, and honestly, we just wish we’d done so sooner. From the moment we walked in, we felt a level of warmth, compassion, and genuine care that had been missing for quite some time—especially after our previous vets became part of a large chain. It’s such a relief and comfort to know our pets are now in the hands of people who truly care, not just for animals, but for the people who love them too.

I would give 10 stars if possible. Just gutted we did not hear about them sooner. You will not find a more caring group of vets and staff. They have supported us brilliantly with our two Labradors in their final years (Wilson and Ryder). We had to have Ryder put down last week, and they came to the house and made it a much better experience than it would have been if we had to bring him to the practice and do it there. We sat outside on the lawn as the lovely vet and the vet nurse went through the process, and he took his last breath whilst sniffing the breeze in the garden. I can’t thank you enough for the unbelievable care and support you have shown us and our animal babies. Thank you…

I love Mulberry in Wokingham, all the staff are so kind and love all the animals. My dog Larry loves popping in because of all the cuddles he gets. Such a personal touch I think might go amiss at other vets.

Lovely staff who upon our unplanned arrival with our dog they saw him immediately but unfortunately he had passed. They allowed us all time to say goodbye and never rushed our time with him giving him his last kisses and hugs. They then organised everything for us. Later that week we received a lovely personnel hand written card and a plant to remember him by. We couldnt fault them and highly recommend them.

What absolutely smashing people.

We moved vets to Mulberry House just a couple of months ago. We were previously with a vet close to our old home but having just acquired a Cocker puppy, Lola, needed a vet closer to our new home. I'd read a lot of good reviews about Mulberry House and that's why we joined their new practive in Binfield.

Unfortunately, we lost Marley (Bear), our choc lab on 30th December and the staff we're so supportive and compassionate with our loss and I was able to stay with Marley, giving her big hugs and kisses as she left us. We had lost her sister, Poppy (ginger cocker) in September, from lymphoma and it's absolutely devastating to lose the 2 of them so close together even though it was almost inevitable at 14½ and 12½ years old - they were so loved.

Anyway, today we received a lovely plant and condolence card from Mulberry House. How nice and totally unexpected was that. My wife and I have been together over 40 years and had 8 dogs (including our pup , Lola) in that time. I am so impressed and thankful for the compassion shown to us, by everyone at Mulberry House during a very difficult and emotional time.

Very lovely practice, all staff -- from reception to the vets -- are attentive, empathetic and helpful.

The team at Mulberry House are fantastic, they genuinely care about animals and their guardians. The surgery itself (Wokingham, we've not been to Binfield yet) is clean, well equipped and easy to access with a pet carrier, and the parking is plentiful. We couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
