We are able to look after our own stable inpatients overnight however if your pet becomes seriously unwell outside of our opening hours, our out-of-hours emergency care is provided by MiNightVet, Wokingham. Their team of dedicated emergency vets and nurses care for patients throughout the night and over weekends so that our team can be refreshed and ready for gold-standard care and service during regular hours. We can arrange transport back to Mulberry House Vets for patients requiring ongoing treatment the next day.
If you have concerns about your pet out of hours but it is not an emergency, you can alternatively seek advice via online video call from FirstVet.
FirstVet is an independent digital veterinary service that offers video consultations to pet owners for advice and guidance on your pets – wherever and whenever you need it.
Our team of experienced vets is on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year providing online veterinary advice and triage to owners and their pets.
We provide advice and simple suggestions for things that you can do at home to help your pet. Our vets are here to help with all your pet health questions and symptoms, such as vomiting, diarrhoea, skin problems, first aid, nutrition and behaviour.
If your pet needs to visit a vet clinic for an examination or treatment, then you will be directed to your registered vet, Mulberry House Vets, for further investigation and treatment.
