We want to reassure you that the Mulberry House Vets Team will be here for you and your pets throughout Lockdown. We have been working in a Covid-secure environment since returning to normal services in the summer and are confident we can keep both staff and clients safe while continuing to provide treatment for unwell pets as well as routine health care.
When you attend the practice we will ask you to wait in the warmth and safety of your car rather than entering reception. One of the team will come out to see you and bring your pet inside. Please wear a face covering while speaking with our staff.
Our vets and nurses are working in pairs to perform any examinations or tests that your pet requires. The vet is likely to phone you from the consult room so please make sure we have your correct contact number and that your phone is charged and to hand.
Our online booking system is available for all vet and nurse consultations or of course you can give us a call. Please do not attend the practice if you have symptoms of Covid-19 or have been advised to self-isolate. We are able to provide Video Consults if you are shielding or self-isolating.
