I would give 10 stars if possible. Just gutted we did not hear about them sooner. You will not find a more caring group of vets and staff. They have supported us brilliantly with our two Labradors in their final years (Wilson and Ryder). We had to have Ryder put down last week, and they came to the house and made it a much better experience than it would have been if we had to bring him to the practice and do it there. We sat outside on the lawn as the lovely vet and the vet nurse went through the process, and he took his last breath whilst sniffing the breeze in the garden. I can’t thank you enough for the unbelievable care and support you have shown us and our animal babies. Thank you…

I love Mulberry in Wokingham, all the staff are so kind and love all the animals. My dog Larry loves popping in because of all the cuddles he gets. Such a personal touch I think might go amiss at other vets.

Lovely staff who upon our unplanned arrival with our dog they saw him immediately but unfortunately he had passed. They allowed us all time to say goodbye and never rushed our time with him giving him his last kisses and hugs. They then organised everything for us. Later that week we received a lovely personnel hand written card and a plant to remember him by. We couldnt fault them and highly recommend them.

What absolutely smashing people.

We moved vets to Mulberry House just a couple of months ago. We were previously with a vet close to our old home but having just acquired a Cocker puppy, Lola, needed a vet closer to our new home. I'd read a lot of good reviews about Mulberry House and that's why we joined their new practive in Binfield.

Unfortunately, we lost Marley (Bear), our choc lab on 30th December and the staff we're so supportive and compassionate with our loss and I was able to stay with Marley, giving her big hugs and kisses as she left us. We had lost her sister, Poppy (ginger cocker) in September, from lymphoma and it's absolutely devastating to lose the 2 of them so close together even though it was almost inevitable at 14½ and 12½ years old - they were so loved.

Anyway, today we received a lovely plant and condolence card from Mulberry House. How nice and totally unexpected was that. My wife and I have been together over 40 years and had 8 dogs (including our pup , Lola) in that time. I am so impressed and thankful for the compassion shown to us, by everyone at Mulberry House during a very difficult and emotional time.

The team at Mulberry House are fantastic, they genuinely care about animals and their guardians. The surgery itself (Wokingham, we've not been to Binfield yet) is clean, well equipped and easy to access with a pet carrier, and the parking is plentiful. We couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We are a regular user of Mulberry House Vets for our dog. She’s an anxious rescue dog and all of the team are fantastic with her. We also took a sick pigeon to see them as an emergency and without question the staff accepted him and showed him compassion when he needed it. Many vets won’t do this. A gold star and huge thanks to all the wonderful staff at Mulberry. They are always truly amazing!

I recently moved over to Mulberry House Vets and have been extremely impressed with the care and service.

Getting my pets medical records from our previous vets was quick and efficient.

They suggested I brought my young dog in for a familiarisation visit before I brought him in to be neutered . On arrival he received lots of fuss, cuddles and gravy bones from the lovely receptionists, which was great and he was very happy to oblige!

The neutering process was excellent. Within an hour of my dropping him off, I received a photo of him to let me know he had settled in before his procedure. Afterwards, I received another photo to say the produced had gone well and he was now awake and having some food. As a very anxious person, this really set my mind at rest and gave me reassurance he was ok.

The aftercare has been fantastic as well.

Really can't fault the service and care given by the whole team.

We changed our vets about 3 months ago. This was the best decision we ever made. After 8 wonderful years we had to say goodbye to our little Rocky. These are not just vets, they are kind and very caring people. When Rocky was ill, they were there for him every step of the way. They called up checking up on him, making sure he was ok. And when it come to saying goodbye they were there. They are such a genuine, caring bunch of people. I cannot recommend Them enough. More importantly, Daniela and I cannot thank them enough, for all the support and genuine kindness they gave. This includes all of them. Vet, and the wonderful receptionists. Thank you all X

My cats and I have spent so much time with Mulberry in the past few months and the care Mulberry House provides is second to none.

Everyone is so very high quality.
Care and attention are given equally to everyone who walks through the door, human or animal.

My cats first came through the Mulberry doors soon after they opened and sadly one passed away yesterday.

From babies through to elderly, the animals are cared for to the highest levels.

The animal’s humans are also all cared for incredibly personally.

I have spoken to most people there now at some point or another.

Whomever we see, nurse, vet, receptionist, they all provide exemplary care and are credits to their professions. The number of honest laughs I’ve had with various people have helped keep me sane.

As someone who works with SME businesses, it has been a joy and privilege to watch Mulberry House open, grow and soon multiply. Keep doing your stuff 🌟

I brought my dog in for its first appointment at Mulberry House Vets last week. She is a nervous and anxious dog but Elliot the vet made her feel relaxed and safe and was incredibly patient with her, I am so pleased that she won’t be scared to go to Mulberry house in future. Exceptional vets - I had been with Moor Cottage for over 20 years, with two previous cats, and found it had become more about the money than the care of the animal. The service they used to deliver just wasn't there any more and I really felt I needed to move my cat to another practice. I saw a post about a new vets opening up (this was a couple of years ago now), and thought I'd make enquiries. I was given a guided tour of the building and I just found it to be wonderful. A LOT of thought has gone into how it is presented - no more black examination tables, calming background music, treats on the reception desk for the doggies etc etc. ALL the staff were really lovely and I then found out the practice was set up by some vets who used to work at Moor Cottage and had become unhappy there. Well, I knew there and then that I was moving my cat here. I have not regretted it for a single moment. She hates all vets, so there's no point in asking for her opinion, but she does generally appear less stressed when I get her home, after a visit to Mulberry House.
They really do treat your pet as if it were their own. So much care and compassion. A fabulous veterinary practice with exceptional staff.

I contacted Mulberry House after a recommendation. Our 17 year old Jack Russell was at the end of his life after many long and happy years as a big part of our family, this was not an easy decision and a very upsetting one.
The one thing we all agreed on was that his last moments should be special and at home with us all there to say goodbye.
The staff at Mulberry were professional, sympathetic and understanding from my first call to our final goodbyes with Max and we as a family cannot thank them enough.
If you ever have to consider saying goodbye to a much loved pet we wouldn't hesitate in recommending them, a 5 star review cannot cover our debt of gratitude.

I have just changed to Mulberry from Moor cottage due to having numerous negative issues there I was apprehensive about a new vets however Mulberry vets have listened to my concerns and addressed them and put things in place for my anxious dog. They have offered "Happy" visits for my dog which I did one the other day and actually my Dog was pretty good we sat in the room with the nurse aka the treat dispenser who was good with my pooch.

They are good and confident dealing with big anxious dogs and not put off.

There is also no judgement on her behaviour like we have felt at another vets.

Friendly and welcoming staff.

A top veterinary practice that saved my dog’s life. Brilliant speedy diagnosis, frank informative conversations and major surgery all within a day.
Regular updates every six hours. Committed nurses and charming reception staff. Thanks to the outstanding team at Mulberry we now have our dog back , hopefully for a few more years now.
One could not ask for a better experience. We would recommend Mulberry House to anyone who want the best for their pet. They thoroughly earned every cake that we took in. Respect!!

We will forever be grateful for the humanity, compassion and responsiveness of the Mulberry House team when our 6 month old puppy Bonnie (and we) needed it the most.

From the warm welcome in the garden before going to reception, another lovely welcome at the reception desk itself, the time Alex took to go through all our questions with really helpful explanations and gently giving even the hardest of answers to deliver, the care taken over taking her blood sample compassionately and letting us know the results as soon as possible, the follow up from Alex even when he was on holiday, and the lady who sat on repeat dial to the RVC to make sure we got the first referral appointment in the fastest possible time. All of this mattered so much.

The effect of the Mulberry House team’s actions cannot be underestimated for us or for Bonnie. They were the people to made it possible to SAVE our puppy, when our original veterinary practice literally turned their backs to our distress and Bonnie’s suffering.

In our view the Mulberry House team are ‘what excellence looks like’. They are they ones you want in your corner when the unthinkable happens and we have been informing friends, family and anyone who asks about our recent experiences with them and warmly recommendaing for them to register with Mulberry House!

What a fantastic experience.
I do not hesitate to recommend Mulberry House Vets. Everyone I have come into contact with; receptionists, nurses, the practice manager and the vets themselves have been efficient, helpful, empathetic and knowledgeable.

All the staff love animals and completely understand the loving relationship that a family has with its pet and how it could be a very worrying time. You are very well looked after as a pet owner.

My Labrador Buddy had his first visit to Mulberry House today. He had the total VIP experience. All of the staff are so passionate and caring, the extensive experience they all have is clear straight away. It is the most luxurious Veterinary Practice I’ve ever seen! Lots of little details that show how they have the animals interests, safety and comfort as the priority. When Buddy woke up from his op I had an email (worded as though it was from Buddy himself ❤️) with a photo of him to assure me everything was OK. Their prices are also competitive too! Highly recommend.
