• Separate from Dogs – Our cat ward is completely separate from dog areas, providing a calm space away from noise and unfamiliar scents.
• Minimising Stress – We use feline pheromone diffusers (such as Feliway) and play calming music to help cats relax during their stay
• Quiet Environment – Our ward is designed to be as quiet as possible, with no kennels facing each other and visual barriers to reduce stress

• Spacious, Comfortable Kennels – Each cat has a spacious kennel with soft bedding, cosy hide boxes, and perches so they can rest, hide, or observe as they wish
• Personalised Care – We offer a variety of bedding, litter types, toys, and diets to suit your cat’s preferences and needs
• Hygiene and Safety – The ward is kept clean and odour-free, with each kennel thoroughly disinfected between patients

• Specialist Nursing Team – Our feline nursing team is highly trained in cat-friendly handling and care, ensuring your cat’s individual needs are met throughout their stay
• Pain Management and Recovery – We have protocols for pain management and, where needed, offer bespoke rehabilitation plans for cats recovering from surgery or illness

• Cat-Only Waiting Area – Our Binfield practice provides a separate waiting area for cats, with our Wokingham branch having raised platforms for carriers and visual barriers from other animals
• Regular Updates – We keep you informed about your cat’s progress and are always available to answer your questions or discuss your cat’s care

• Accreditation – Our cat ward meets the International Society of Feline Medicine (ISFM) Cat Friendly Clinic GOLD standards, reflecting our commitment to the highest level of feline care
