We have changed our out of hours provider to Medivet 24/7 Wokingham.
In order to maintain our high standards of patient and client care, we have made the decision to change our emergency out of hours care provider from MiNightVet in Finchampstead to Medivet 24 hour hospital in Wokingham. We understand that the out of hours cover which we choose for your pet’s care when we are closed, is an extension of the care you receive at Mulberry House Vets. After careful consideration, we are reassured that Medivet 24 hour hospital is able to provide the service which you and your pets deserve in what can be a worrying time.
What does this mean for you?
An experienced emergency vet available for you whenever we are closed.
The Medivet emergency vet team are long-standing and stable. There will always be a vet available for advice over the phone or to see you in person.
A shorter distance to drive.
As we have expanded into the Binfield, Warfield and Bracknell communities, Medivet in Wokingham is closer to most of our clients.
High standards of veterinary care and communication.
The dedicated in-patient vets will look after your pet and keep both you and us updated regularly.
Lower priced emergency consultations.
To ensure our out of hours care is accessible to all clients, Medivet currently charge their out of hours consultation fee at £149 which is considerably less than alternative providers.
Patient transfer to and from Medivet 24 hours.
For patients needing ongoing care after they have had procedures or investigations with us, we can arrange transfer to or from the 24 hours hospital with our patient transport service.
