I have just changed to Mulberry from Moor cottage due to having numerous negative issues there I was apprehensive about a new vets however Mulberry vets have listened to my concerns and addressed them and put things in place for my anxious dog. They have offered "Happy" visits for my dog which I did one the other day and actually my Dog was pretty good we sat in the room with the nurse aka the treat dispenser who was good with my pooch.They are good and confident dealing with big anxious dogs and not put off.There is also no judgement on her behaviour like we have felt at another vets.Friendly and welcoming staff.Looking forward to our next "Happy" visit and going forward

My Jack Russell needed to be spayed and Mulberry House was one of the very few places that offered a keyhole surgery. Really liked how they kept me informed through the surgery day. The personalised texts were very cute and helped to put me at ease.

Fantastic vets practice, we take our dog here, and staff are always show exceptional levels of care. Our dog is a foreign rescue dog and staff have always been very understanding in giving us expertise clinical care given the potential issues with foreign dogs that we were unaware of before rescuing our dog! The vets always take time to explain everything to us and are consistently caring and professional.

Absolutely lovely group of people and great vets. They clearly love animals and are extremely experienced and knowledgeable.I’ve been bringing my pets here for about 4 years and would recommend them to everyone in Wokingham and Binfield and surrounding areas.They’re really thoughtful too; some really nice touches even to the reception area.I also recommend the Mulberry Club, which is a great way of saving money on vaccinations, flea and worming treatment and spreading the cost over the year!

The wonderful care and consideration shown by every member of staff I encountered during several recent visits with my unwell senior cat leads me to whole heartedly recommend Mulberry House Vets. Regular updates during his stay as a patient helped to ease the worry and all tests, results and instructions were thoroughly explained. The team went above and beyond in looking after my cat (and a very stressed cat parent!) and I cannot thank them enough.

Professional, knowledgable and personable.Having experienced the need for treatment and medication for our dog for the first time in his 9th year this year, our previous local company were so shockingly bad (varying prices for tests/insurance premiums/claim limits, along with a total lack of test, diagnosis, medication administration and general procedures, which delayed the diagnosis and treatment of our dog by a good 3-4 months, we moved to Mulberry House Vets and have been blown away by the entire experience - and most importantly the quick analysis and treatment of our pets condition that he is well and truly in the mend.Highly recommended

Molly and I have been coming to Mulberry House for just over a year, having been badly disillusioned by Another Vet in the town. It is always a pleasure to visit - we are greeted by name (both of us) and with a smile, and the veterinary staff are kind, efficient, expert and gentle (Molly's word). What more can one ask.

When we got a dog I never thought she would be excited about going to the vets, but thanks to the amazing staff at Mulberry House, she absolutely loves it! She knows there will always be lots of cuddles and treats and a really friendly welcome for us too. Everyone is always so helpful over the phone as well and I have avoided unnecessary trips by being able to discuss things over the phone. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic Vets practice, everyone is super friendly from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. My dog felt so at ease when having treatment and they managed to fix her up in 1 visit. She is now fully back to normal and being her cheeky self after hurting her leg 🥰🐾 thank you!

Nothing is too much trouble for them….I am so happy we finally found mulberry vets! Our cats are being looked after so well and with treatments that work with their individual needs. They have recommended non invasive treatments where other vets have tried to go straight to worst case scenario spending thousands! Everyone we have experienced at mulberry has been a pleasure to deal with and I love that they are independent and they really care. I cannot thank you all enough for your help so far! They have taken a huge weight off my shoulders knowing I can trust them with any of my fur babies…..thanks team!!

I can't thank Mulberry House Vets enough, for treating our pup Maggie with a nasty ear infection. We are currently staying with relatives because of a berevement. Our pup developed an ear infection and the vet we usually use would be a 2 hour all round journey in the car. I called numerous vets asking if they couldsee Maggie and all refused, and one of those was extremely rude. Mulberry House were so very friendly and helpful and so we felt we needed to express our gratitude in this review.

I moment I walked into the practice I was Over whelmed by the staff thats every member of staff how they greeted every owner and there pets they came out to fuss the animals. I have never seen this in any veterinary practice I have been to . My dog Bo is very nervous but I had no concern what so ever handing her over . I had regular updates and even a video to let me know she had woken up after surgery. This practice staff go above and beyond for the owners and there beloved pets . 5 star's isn't enough I would give the 10 star's .

Such an amazing vets, so caring and kind. You can honestly tell that their priority is the care for the animals. We've been in for a couple of check ups and a booster for our goldie. They have been amazing, any questions that you have, they will happily answer and give as much information as possible. They take their time and ensure that the dog is settled. I can not recommend these vets enough, they are amazing ❤️

Fantastic service!! If you’re looking for a vets, I highly recommend Mulberry House Vets. Everyone from the reception team to the nurses and vets have been so friendly and caring. My kitten was recently spayed and I was nervous about how she would handle the visit as she’s easily scared by strangers. But the Mulberry House team were excellent and eased my concerns with regular updates and my fur baby was absolutely fine. Honestly, can’t recommend them enough!! We are fairly newcomers to Mulberry Vets and can only say that they are an outstanding practice with outstanding staff. From our very first visit all the staff could not have been more freindly and helpful and the lovely vet we first saw was wonderful in every way and each vet we have seen since have all been fantastic Recently our 14 month old Havanese was neutered and the care he was given was wonderful and they listened to everything we asked of them and fulfilled our wishes to the utmost.I have had dogs all my life and I can say this wonderful independent practice is the best we have ever attended. So pleased they have stayed independent and offer a customer service that is rare to find with prices that are fair for such wonderful care. We feel so very lucky to have found them
